Hello 2018,  I have never been so eager for a start of a new year since 2000! (Millennium and all) I hope you all had an amazingly wonderful festive period. I am all about the new beginnings and fresh starts which new year promises in a big way. There is nothing extraordinary about 2018 like travel, big new purchases, planned activities - NADA! nothing at all... that is what I am absolutely chuffed about, for the very first time, in a very long time I am excited for the new beginnings. 2017 taught me a lot - some things in a big way, some small but important ways - I know for sure I am a different person ready to make the most of life (yeah yeah I get it, its not the new year new me bullshit). I just think I have adulted enough to start living my life in an incredible manner and don't give two hoots about things I have no control on! - pulling out the big guns here, I am a control freak, remember? So, yeah, its 2017! and nearly March, Where have I been?!  First of, Happy New Year, Guys!!! 💗 Today's post is all about the "Wow  of Pondicherry" Google Image What a place, I must say! Travelling to Pondicherry was a sudden plan around Christmas time last year and truly a trip that touched my mind, body and soul.  Some places are like that, you do not hear a lot of people talk about it but thats' exactly where the hidden gems lie. My husband and I packed our suitcase and flew to Pondicherry hoping for a few days of calm and quiet right before the Christmas hustle bustle and yes thats what we beautifully experienced there. We stayed at this hotel which by all means had great love for wide open spaces and greenery all around. The trip started with the first day relaxing at our hotel which gave us a great introduction of how serene the whole place would be, the crisp countryside kinda air, picturesque French goodness and the delectable Pondy cuisine....
