Uriage Bariederm Levres Lip Soothing Balm Review

Being a lip product addict, I happily purchased yet another lip product - but this time something to treat and pamper my lips.

I had a recent lip allergy situation which needed attention and I was suggested the Uriage Bariederm Levres Lip Soothing Balm for regular usage.

This lip balm formula is specially designed for treating severely dry, chapped lips.

Uriage lip soothing balm helps in keeping your lips moisturized, without making it feel greasy. It is fragrance free and almost looks like a non-gooey petroleum jelly product. This 15 ml French goodness has found a happy home in my handbag and lives there almost everyday. I have been using this product for about a month now and it lives up to what it claims.

I mostly use it before application of any other lip product and let it sit for a few minutes so it has enough time to do its job and then apply whatever lip of lipstick/lip gloss and I can be sure my lips will stay moisturized.

Pros
- Good moisturizer for the lips
- Travel friendly
- Long lasting
- Good brand

Cons
- Pricey
- Some may miss color in it (if lip balm is all you like to use)
- Simple packaging

Lotus Professional Phyto-Rx Whitening & Brightening Serum Review

I have always liked a good Lotus product every now and then. Sometime during the start of winters I decided to include serums in my skincare routine, now a dry skin baby like me needs to think a couple of times before adding something new to my skincare routine so as to not further dry my skin and that too in winters. I started using the  Lotus Professional Phyto-Rx Whitening & Brightening Serum from December last year and I was using it on alternate days and night, as I do not believe using something new regularly just to see how my skin is reacting in the first few days. I picked this product from the Nykaa winter sale and managed to get a good discount as well. The MRP is INR 545 for 30ml and usually you do end up getting discount of 20-25% on Nykaa. Though, it is not a super pricey product, discounts always help while purchasing a "never tried before" product. I was waiting to use it for a month or so, before I could share my two cents on it. Now abou...

Makeup Revolution - Death By Chocolate

Today I will be reviewing on the Makeup Revolution - Death By Chocolate palette. This palette is well known for it being a dupe for the Too Faced - Chocolate Bar palette; however, in a much inexpensive option. There have been many arguments of it being a dupe or it not being a dupe, while weighing the pros n cons of each of the product. If you ask me, which is the better one? I do not know the answer, because I am yet to take the plunge on the pricier one. Anyway, I am in complete awe of this product, be it the packaging, the pigmentation, the color shade, the variety of matte and shimmers and mostly importantly the way it smells - So So So Wonderful!  Shade Names: Left to right Top Row: White Light, Don't Let Go, Break Me Up, Consume Me, All is Lost Middle Row: Lick Me, Fool's Gold, One More Bar, Devour Me, Tear The Wrapper, Love You to Death Bottom Row: Pray for Me, Dipped, Tease Me, Set Me Free, Bring Down Angels Above, is my palette - y...
