Gillette Venus Razor

I am not a shaving girl, I like my wax strips, but off late with so many advanced methods of shaving and good looking razors available in the market (yeah, yeah I fall for such things ;)), I decided to give this a go! It is priced at Rs. 199/- and I bought it from a local store. My first impression on it was it was sturdy, yet gentle on the skin. The blade is fine and you can hold it without it tearing/breaking your fine skin on your fingers which usually get crinkly when wet. It glided on well on the skin in whichever direction, so you need not be a pro on using the razor. It does have an option of replacing the blades; however, I am still to try that out and will update as soon as I try it out, if it works as fine as the original razor.

Impulse purchase. I never tried any shave gel or cream for shaving as I prefer wax strips most of the times. I picked this up to give a go and it is priced at Rs. 225/- for 195 gms and then obviously as it was mentioned that the product works best along with Gillette Venus Razor, I had to pick that up too. My first impression about the product, I pumped a little on my leg and somehow a lot of product came out and I realized I pumped it with full force :P - trust me, there is a lot of product in that tin! Which is a good thing, its gonna last really long! A little goes a long way. The product is super creamy and softens your body hair and helps in a clean shave, uprooting the hair completely and does not make your skin feel dry post-usage, that was a big plus for me as I have super dry skin.

I won't consider myself as a total lipstick junkie, but, yeah l ipsticks are my thing, no doubt, and no matter how I have this "love at first sight" obsession with new lip products, I always kinda make the lipstick and my relationship almost "playing hard to get" till I really I start using it. Things I Am Loving Lately...

Google Image Since, it is a month of love and things related to love, I thought why not throw in a post about things I've been loving lately...
